Project construction process

  1. The board of directors will direct down to the project room to execute.
  2. The sales department shall hand over to the technical department and the design department will design and build the construction plan (installtion drawings, connecting- diagrams, implementation schedules, list of human, construction tools, etc.). Hand over to the team leaders who will implement directly at the construction site.
  3. The design department handed over detailed construction drawings to the technical department for implementation, the technical department handed over the team leaders to receive the handover of construction works, construction measures (with installation drawings, connecting- diagrams, deployment schedules, list of workers, construction tools, …). The team leader  disseminates to each worker to install together.
  4. Workers carry out construction in accordance with the instructions of the team leader, respecting the design drawings, implementation schedules, the rules of the construction site in accordance with the requirements of the investor, supervisory consultants and the main contractor.
  5. The team leader on behalf of the company and contractors to report the progress under construction and will be constructed. During the implementation process, should report the difficulties to the project department and propose reasonable solutions. Quick handling with the consent of the construction supervisor and the main contractor (if urgent).
  6. The sales department and technical department report the difficulties and work of each construction team at site to the Board of Directors. They can be handled quickly when the work needs urgently with the approval of a supervisory consultant or the investor or the main contractor.
  7. Maintenance warranty department (technical department): performing the function of after-sales support (operating maintenance at the end of the warranty period of the works, receiving the settlement of supporting warranty projects, switching to maintenance mode).
  8. The Board of Directors receives information, tranfers the plan down to the sales department, technical department and project design department. Then technical department deliver to the team leaders and the workers to implement the tasks from the team leader assigned. In the emergency, the Board of Directors directs the team leader directly workers when the investor, supervisory consultant, main contractor request.
